NUTREXIN Alkaline Bath Original

Nutrexin Alkaline Bath is based on an alkaline bath salt blend of Himalayan crystal salt, sea salt, baking soda, and Würenlos rock powder. This creates an alkaline environment in the bathwater, neutralizing excess acid on the skin. The alkaline bath is available as an original blend and is flavorless. Three other bath salt blends in various natural fragrances, based on the original alkaline bath, round out the range. An alkaline bath increases the pH of the water—that is, it becomes alkaline. The alkaline water activates the skin's metabolism and stimulates deacidification. (This mechanism can be checked yourself with a pH test strip. The pH of the bathwater should have decreased after the bath.) Especially in stressful situations, a large amount of acid is produced, which can lead to an accumulation of acid waste products and thus impair health and well-being. Thanks to the large surface area of the skin, an alkaline bath is a suitable form of therapy to support the body's deacidification process. Athletes like to use alkaline baths after training and competition to regenerate their muscles and body.

3-step mode of action
Softening: The outermost layer of skin is often thickened and calloused. Bathing makes it soft and supple.

Deacidification: The active ingredients of the alkaline bath help to excrete excess acids through the skin.

Care: The skin is optimally cared for and feels velvety soft. The formation of new calluses is prevented.

Composition:
Sodium Bicarbonate, Maris Sal, Sodium Carbonate, Silica, Calcium Carbonate*, Quartz*, Illite*, Montmorillonite*. *Wurtless rock powder

Application: 
Full bath: Add 3 tablespoons of alkaline bath or the contents of one sachet to the running bathwater. Soak for 30–60 minutes at a water temperature of 36–38°C, 1 to 2 times per week.

Foot bath: Add 1 tablespoon of alkaline bath to 7-10 liters of water and soak your feet for at least 30 minutes. Can be used daily.

Wraps: Add 1 teaspoon of alkaline bath oil to 1 liter of water, dip a wrap in the alkaline bath oil, and gently squeeze the water before use. Leave on for 30-60 minutes and apply daily as needed. Wraps can help with rheumatic complaints and osteoarthritis.
