The basis of Enoki extract capsules is the fine mushroom powder, which is processed into Enoki extract using a traditional hot-water process. This releases the valuable polysaccharides from the chitin structure of the mushroom, making them more readily available to the body.

By extracting the Enoki, the desired ingredients are concentrated by about 20 times compared to the powder.
